Deciding to become a member of a church is an important decision, for individuals and families. Are the beliefs of the church consistent with your beliefs? Can the church enable you to grow spiritually? Are the people warm and friendly?

We encourage you to learn as much as you can about the First Church, by attending Sunday services and participating in any church activities that interest you. We periodically have meetings for those that would like to learn more about the church. Simply ask our minister or the church secretary when the next meeting will be taking place. Our pastor would be happy to talk with you personally about our church and answer any questions you might have.

Becoming a Member

Should you be ready to take this step, the process is fairly simple. Your membership can be transferred from another church, or you may join the First Church directly. Members are given the choice of joining one of the three denominational groups, or of becoming an interdenominational member.
