“What should I expect?”

You’ll find a relaxed, casual atmosphere with genuinely warm and friendly people. The service begins with prayer and reflection, and we sometimes sing hymns appropriate to the time of year. A time is reserved for our minister to speak directly with the children, after which the children head off to Sunday School (during the school year). Scripture readings and a sermon are followed by the weekly offering. We end with prayer and a final hymn. Services usually last about 1-1¼ hours.

After the service, all are welcome to attend a coffee hour, where beverages, snacks, and a chance to gather as a community is encouraged.

“What should I wear?”

Come as you are. We care about you, not your clothes. So dress as you’d like and join us in comfort.

“What about my kids?”

We offer childcare to infants and toddlers in our well equipped, child friendly Kinderwatch room staffed by caring adults and high school volunteers.  Pagers are available so parents can be notified if their child needs them.

Sunday School is for grades pre-school (age 3) through Middle school (grade 8).  The children sometimes come to church with their parents for a children’s talk and sometimes go directly to their own worship gathering.
